Thank you for choosing TWB Interiors as your homeware provider. We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on our delivery process:

 

1. Free UK Mainland Delivery (Excludes Northern Ireland)

We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £75.
To qualify, your order total must be £75 or more. The free delivery discount will be automatically applied at checkout.


2. Flat Rate Charges

Orders that do not meet the free delivery threshold or specific items that carry a flat rate shipping charge, will have the applicable fee clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Item size and weight

  • Type of product ordered


3. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will notify you via the email address or mobile number provided regarding your delivery. You will also receive a tracking number from TWB Interiors, which provides a 1-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, the courier will make a second attempt. After two failed attempts, your parcel may be held at a local depot or post office for collection within 7 working days.

If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us and a return-to-sender fee of £4.99 will apply.

Once we receive the item back, we will offer you two options:

  • A full refund (minus the £4.99 return fee)

  • A redelivery, subject to payment of the £4.99 fee before dispatch


4. Shipping Times

We aim to deliver standard orders within 3–5 working days.
Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day following purchase.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Your location

  • Courier delays


5. Delays – Please Allow 7 Working Days

We kindly ask that you allow up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us regarding your delivery.

Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Seasonal demand


6. Missing Parcels or Incorrect Delivery Status

If your parcel is reported as missing, delayed or shows an incorrect delivery status, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner before issuing any replacement or refund.

You agree to cooperate fully during this process, which may include providing requested information or evidence.

Courier investigations can take up to 14 working days and in some cases longer, depending on courier policies. Once the investigation is complete, we will contact you with an update and provide a resolution based on the outcome.


7. Trusted Delivery Partners

TWB Interiors works with trusted and reputable delivery companies to ensure safe and efficient shipping. All items are sent via tracked, recorded and insured services, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress and ensuring protection in the event of loss or damage.

Important Notice

If your package appears damaged or not to an acceptable standard upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Once items have been dispatched, the courier becomes responsible for their delivery. If delivery is not completed within the estimated timeframe, this must be raised directly with the courier. Please note that couriers may require up to 14 working days to investigate and process claims for loss or damage.

Responsibility for the products transfers to you once they have been successfully delivered. If your order is delivered to a nominated “safe place,” TWB Interiors cannot be held liable for any loss or damage occurring after delivery to that location.
